Full Basement Suite Finish, Fraser Valley

An unfinished concrete basement — open joists, exposed walls, and a single utility rough-in. The homeowners wanted a legal secondary suite for rental income but the space had never been touched since the house was built.

We framed the entire suite, installed insulation and vapour barrier, hung and finished drywall throughout, and applied a clean Level 4 finish ready for paint. Acoustic insulation went into all partition walls and the floor/ceiling assembly to give tenants and owners appropriate privacy. The suite came in clean, code-compliant, and liveable.
