Dedicated Home Office with Acoustic Insulation, Rosedale

A spare bedroom used as an occasional workspace — poor soundproofing from the rest of the house and no acoustic consideration for focused work or video calls.

We reframed and insulated the walls with acoustic batts, installed resilient channel on the shared wall, and finished the room with a Level 5 skim coat for a clean, professional interior. The result is a quiet, distraction-free workspace that feels detached from the rest of the house even though it is in the middle of it.
